B.Y.O.C. October 1st, 2010

I'm so excited as this is my first BYOC or any of the periodic little snippets of information about each of us that I think is such a wonderful idea in this little (ok kind of big) blogger community. But... because I'm a little dense.... uh.... what does BYOC mean? :)

1.Are you late, early or on time?
I am all three. I think by nature I'm probably a right, spot on time girl, but I would venture to guess that people think of me more as a tad bit late girl. When I had kids I had to learn to pick my battles and just let some things go - and fighting with my husband to get him out of the door at the appropriate time is one of the things I had to let go of for my own sanity. If it's particularly important I will make sure we're there early, but beyond that in our very casual lifestyle - eh.

2. Name 3 things you dislike and 3 things you like:
Dislike:
Stupid people
bigotry
lima beans

Like:
passionate weather (big thunderstorms, lots of wind, amazing lightening...)
lazy morning sex
being alone in my house (it happens so rarely)

3. Are you a morning or night person?
morning, but man do I like to really sleep in every once in a while.

4. What is your favorite clothes store?
I truly hate to shop so I like anything I can get in and out of quickly - Target, Kohls, online stores with easily navigable sites.

5. Repeat question: Summarize your week in life and in blogland.
In life - it's been a tough week. My husband was traveling the whole week and by about Wednesday I was truly questioning our earlier decision to have kids in the first place. Of course they're 12 and almost 10 now so I guess we'll keep them.

In blogland - it's been a fun week of finding new and wonderful blogs that are so supportive and helpful. I've been thoroughly enjoying reading about the great BOOBS adventure

First BYOC is Bring Your Own Craziness. Second - thank you for the comment on my blog today...it meant so very much to me. Like I said- knowing we aren't alone - is life throwing a life raft to someone who is drowning...so I appreciate your willingness to share...and let me know I'm not alone. Thank you again.

You are very welcome Drazil. I agree, it is so vital to know you're not alone when dealing with such issues. There is so much support in this community, it's truly amazing.

Hey, Girl. Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. I knew there had to be more MD bandsters out there than just me and Linda (Linda's Bandwith). Would love to get together sometime for lunch and dinner. GO RAVENS!
